Disney has announced the shift in release dates of two of its highly anticipated Pixar flicks and I'm not happy.
Variety reports that Disney/Pixar has switched out the release dates for that movie and Toy Story 4, which was previously scheduled for June 15, 2018. The change is reportedly due to an accelerated production schedule for Incredibles 2.
So when it was announced that there would be a Toy Story 4 and The Incredibles 2, Pixar fans got excited. "Toy Story 4" on the other hand will open a week before "Transformers 7".
Toy Story 4 will see the return of director John Lasseter, who directed the original Toy Story and Toy Story 2. Rashida Jones and Will McCormack are writing the screenplay. It has become the first animation to join the movie industry's billion-dollar-grossing films list.
Keys to debut in WTA Finals
After dropping her opening match, the big-serving Keys said she'd struggled to adjust to the slow surface in Singapore . "It was one of those days where she was playing really good and I was fighting myself on the return".
News on Toy Story 4 has been fairly sparse, but it's apparently set to be a love story for Woody and Bo Peep. The Incredibles was originally released way back in 2004, meaning that by the time it is released, 14 years would have passed since the original movie. There is now no word as to why these schedule changes have been made, but we will update this article as soon as we know more.
But it's not just moving the premiere date that's making me think that this script must be, well, incredible.
"It'll be more Incredibles", Bird said. I'm not going to give up anything! We've been waiting a long time for this, Pixar. "I come down on the side of surprise", says Brad Bird.
