US Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton may offer Vice President Joe Biden the post of secretary of state if she wins the November election, local media say.
"I'll do anything I can if Hillary's elected to help her, but I don't want to remain in the administration", Biden told CNN affiliate KBJR, according to CNN's reporters, who tweeted the vice president's response.
Biden, a former chair of the Senate Foreign Relations committee, has played an integral role in President Obama's foreign policy decisions and the Clinton team believes he would be a good fit for her administration.
Neither Clinton or her aides have informed Biden, Politico reported.
"Congressman Nolan is trying to jump-start his own stumbling campaign by rolling out the red carpet for one of the chief architects of ObamaCare", Mills said through a statement released before Biden's appearance.

If Biden is picked to be Clinton's Secretary of State, he clearly seems up to the job as of now, as he travels across the country campaigning for Hillary.
