In Oneida County, the recount taking place at the courthouse will involve the Board of Canvassers using a combination of counting the ballots by hand and optical scanning equipment with the ballots of 10 municipalities being counted by hand, said county clerk Mary Bartelt.

Dane County Clerk Scott McDonnell says they will be running the recount in two rooms concurrently and about 36 to 40 people will be counting ballots at any one time. She will continue working to hire people to assist with the recount.
