"We know very little about the alleged incident at Serafina Sunset with Justin Bieber, but we can assure you that nobody from our staff was involved, nor did we call the police".
Police in the United States have begun an investigation after a man filed a report alleging he was assaulted by singer Justin Bieber at a hotel in Cleveland, Ohio in June. They walked into the hotel together and eventually shared a drink, the police report says.
The 22-year-old pop star has been named as a suspect in an assault of a man back in June.
It happened outside of The Westin hotel in downtown Cleveland following a Cavaliers playoff game in June. Cannon responded that he would delete the pictures if Bieber returned his sunglasses.
California's troubled Oroville Dam wasn't on Gov. Brown's infrastructure 'wish list'
But the damage costs appear to be mounting with the additional erosion damage to the emergency spillway. Lake Oroville is one of California's largest man-made lakes, and the dam is 335-metres tall.
Bieber allegedly headbutted a man at a pre-GRAMMY party last weekend at Serafina restaurant, according to TMZ, and cops are now investigating the incident as a possible crime. Cannon claims that Bieber and possibly a bodyguard punched him, and that he wrestled Bieber to the ground to restrain him, the report said. He claims his phone was damaged during the incident.
Police say that no charges have yet been formally filed and that the investigation is ongoing.
After Bieber asked the man to stop filming him - a request that, according to reports, was repeatedly ignored - the singer then reportedly attacked the man. While TMZ didn't name to the man who got the police to fill out their report this week, this could be him following through on that threat.
