JANESVILLE-A spokesman for investigators in the search for Joseph A. Jakubowski said this morning that it appears a document obtained by a Milwaukee TV station is a portion of Jakubowski's so-called manifesto.
Sheriff Robert Spoden has said Jakubowski threatened to attack schools and public officials in the 161-page manifesto that he mailed to President Trump. A law enforcement source close to the investigation confirmed the copy of the manifesto was authentic, though the official could not confirm whether it was the same version Jakubowski sent to President Donald Trump because Jakubowski may have written several versions. The sheriff's office did not immediately respond to NBC News' request to clarify the nature of the partial copy.
The Rock County Sheriff's Office continues to work with other local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies to locate and apprehend Joseph Jakubowski.
