The final leg will leave from the Carroll County Farm Museum at 10 a.m. They've raised more than $19 million since the Torch Run began in 1986.
Last year's Torch Run raised more than $2 million for Special Olympics.
In addition to the Topeka Police Department and Shawnee County Sheriff's Office, other law enforcement agencies scheduled to be represented in Wednesday's torch run included the Kansas Highway Patrol; Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism; and Washburn University Police Department.
