The FBI is now investigating the situation, TMZ reports.
The footage is, also, said to have captured what appears to be a bedroom, though it is not proven that Hart was actually in the bed with the woman.
The part that interests the Federal Bureau of Investigation is where he eluded to a person attempting to gain a financial advantage on him as the result of his mistake - evidently a sexually suggestive video where he looks like he may be cheating. "And I said I'd rather fess up to my mistakes".

Drama started when TMZ revealed that the actor was being extorted by unnamed person who have the recordings of him and an unknown woman.

Hart has faced cheating accusations in the past.
In July, he laughed off cheating accusations on Instagram.
