Prior to Friday evening's ELEAGUE Injustice 2 World Championship Grand Finals, Warner Bros. and NetherRealm had an exciting announcement for fans watching on TBS, Twitch, and YouTube. Injustice 2 will allow you to play as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT).
Those looking forward to more DC characters might be a bit disappointed with this news, but how can you not like the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, right? For all we know, that partnership is what led to this unexpected development for Injustice 2. All four turtles (Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Donatello) all appeared in the trailer, but since they only count as "one" character, it seems you might only be able to fight with one turtle at a time.
US Mom Says Spacey Assaulted Son, Police Investigating
A former Boston news anchor says her teenage son was allegedly sexually assaulted by Oscar-winning actor Kevin Spacey last summer. Unruh said that last week, her son filed a police report and handed over evidence to the Nantucket police.
Watch fans go absolutely wild during the reveal trailer in the video below. Given how the guest characters have always been last to come for each pack, it's safe to say that's what'll happen here as well. Atom will be available for early access on December 12, but specific release dates for the other characters haven't been confirmed yet. The Atom is familiar to non-comic fans since he has made appearances on Arrow and DC's Legends of Tomorrow. The game is out now for PS4 and Xbox One. We're not sure which way NetherRealm Studios will be going after the Fighter Pack 3 is finished, but there's a good chance we could see another year of content be introduced, with even more fighters joining the fray.
