Starting December 12th, players will be collecting holiday skins, throwing snowballs, and celebrating the festivities together. The mode is a "boss fight", according to Kaplan, but the Winston is also player-controlled. Most importantly this event is free and offers all the new content for free to play (excluding the items available during the time). Kaplan announced a new game mode in the developer update, this one once again featuring Mei. The Director put emphasis on the Hanzo skin in particular, claiming that the appearance has been featured in a past comic and is a long-awaited look for the bow-wielding hero. There's no word given on exactly when Yeti Hunt and the rest of Winter Wonderland will debut, but last year's event ran from 13 December to 3 January so I'm guessing it will be about the same this time around. There's also word that a winter-themed Hanzo costume is on the way. King's Row and Hanamura you might remember from previous updates while Black Forest is completely new. These limited time decorated maps are always just lovely and Kaplan described this as "one of the most gorgeous jobs [Blizzard's] environmental artists have ever done." so we are in for something special this year. Any new outfit or additional cosmetic from 2017 is always at a higher cost. Once you are hit by an enemy players snowball you are out for the entire round. Either way, as a huge fan of asymmetrical multiplayer game modes, I'm really stoked for this as Kaplan has stated that Yeti Hunt is in no way meant to be a serious competitive mode but is designed purely for fun.
Meanwhile, Forbes noted that the key addition to the event is Mei's Yeti Hunt. There will be a new mode within Winter Wonderland called Mei's Yeti Hunt, in which six Meis face off against one Yeti (Winston).

These devices are deigned to be always on like your phone and Asus says the NovaGo will offer more than 30 days of standby time. Contrary to what you might expect, the new Windows 10 ARM computers don't look hugely different from their Intel counterparts.
The Yeti Winston skin from last year's event. Everyone playing as Mei tries to find Winston and take him down. This is a unique Arcade brawl where two teams of Mei's battle it out.
