The rapper, who is being sued by Monique Greene for allegedly raping her during an October 2017 tour stop in Washington state, filed a countersuit in Seattle Friday, according to legal documents provided to USA TODAY late Friday by Nelly's spokesperson Juliette Harris. It was there she claims the rapper grabbed her leg and placed his hand under her skirt without consent.
Greene's suit also asserts that after information about the alleged rape became public, Nelly's lawyer, Scott Rosenblum, made statements to the website TMZ last October that "constitutes intimidation of a witness". She has also requested an injunction against "Nelly (and his penis)" that prohibits him from sexually assaulting female fans in the future. Greene believes that the assaults are premeditated and follow a pattern that has worked for the rapper in the past, consisting of isolating women, exposing himself, and intimidating them into sexual acts.
The first of these new accusers, Jane Doe 1, claims the St. Louis native stuck his hand up her dress at a concert after-party back in 2016.

While the second, Jane Doe 2, claims Nelly masturbated in front of her on his tour bus in Essex back in December 2017. After expressing her disinterest, he allegedly put his hands down her shirt, tried to kiss her and later forced her to perform oral sex on him before she managed to escape. After Greene left the tour bus she called for an Uber and then called police to report the incident resulting in Nelly's arrest for rape. She realized then that he expected to have sex with her. There, she claims the rapper invited her and a friend into a smaller room, then to an after party. She was able to leave when a security guard came to the door, the lawsuit says.
The woman called police after being thrown off the bus by Nelly following the alleged attack. "She said, 'I thought we were too cool for this'". Nelly allegedly yelled after her, "C**t!"
He has since threatened to file his own lawsuit against Greene for slander.
