For as long as I can remember, each Samsung phone's release has been accompanied by a DisplayMate test proclaiming this new Samsung phone's screen to be the absolute best. It looks like the S9 is living up to its tagline "camera reimagined" as DxOMark has just rated the phone's camera higher than the Pixel 2.
Previously, the Google Pixel 2 held the top spot on DxOMark with 98 points. The other competitors such as the iPhone X and the Galaxy Note 8 have scores of 97 and 94 respectively. "At 91 points the video score is a little lower but still among the best, making the new Samsung an ideal choice for any mobile users who want the best possible still image quality without compromising on video".
Their official blog states that "DxOMark's Mobile scores and rankings are based on testing every camera using an identical, extensive process that includes shooting almost 1,500 images and dozens of clips totaling more than two hours of video".
MA : woman dies in knife attack
The district attorney said authorities are working to determine a possible motive and whether Yao and the woman knew each other. He had stopped bathing, for example, and once posted an insensitive comment on Facebook about a classmate who had died.
Cameras are one of the fate deciders for a smartphone these days.
The display on the Galaxy S9 may be the same size as its predecessor, but Samsung has made a ton of improvements. In addition to producing the screens in the Galaxy S9, Samsung is a screen vendor for Apple's iPhone X. The company's displays are widely considered among screen experts the best in the smartphone industry, and the Galaxy S9's performance only bolsters that argument.
This could be my next phone.
We suppose the testing methods might have been different and the things that DxOMark and Consumer Reports were looking for could have been different as well.
