After Kreuk's departure, Mack and Raniere allegedly carved their initials in burns on a sex workers body among other sadistic rituals.
Kreuk set the record straight on Thursday, insisting she had no involvement in a secretive subgroup within NXIVM called "Dominus Obsequious Sororium", (DOS) in which women were allegedly coerced into serving as sex slaves to their male masters.
Kreuk did not mention Mack in her statement, but made sure to thank the "brave" former female members of NXIVM who are assisting officials in their investigation.
Mack, who played teen reporter Chloe Sullivan on the young Superman series, has been accused of recruiting young women into the cult in order to turn them into sex slaves; Mack is believed to have assumed control of the group after Raniere's arrest, and is expected to be arrested next. He was extradited to Fort Worth, Texas on Monday and charged with sex trafficking and forced labor conspiracy.
She started out as a slave and became a slave owner.
NXIVM issued the following statement: "In response to the allegations against our founder, Keith Raniere, we are now working with the authorities to demonstrate his innocence and true character".
French police officer fatally wounded in extremist attack honoured in national tribute
The attacker wounded four other people, including the driver of the hijacked auto and a policeman shot while out jogging. Although police managed to get Lakdim to let other shoppers leave, he kept one woman with him as a human shield.
But she had remained private about her involvement, even when the cult's leader, Keith Raniere, was arrested in Mexico on Sunday.
"Over the course of several years, Mr. Raniere mentored Allison in her study of acting and music", the actress's website reads.
The website related to the group describes Raniere as a "scientist, mathematician, philosopher, entrepreneur, educator, inventor and author" who has "devoted his life to studying the human psychodynamic and developing new tools for human empowerment, expression and ethics". This has many implications, as "CC-1" has supposedly forced her slaves to pose nude in photos, and is a "direct slave" of Rainier. A spokesperson for Mack could not immediately be reached. Kreuk has spoken out saying she was not part of the inner circle of sex slaves, according to Elle.
Audible employee Brock Wilbur said that they had been working on an exposé on the organization, but was glad that his work was canceled due to Rainier's arrest.
The Albany Times Union said that Mack is identified in the NY complaint against Ranier as an "unnamed co-conspirator".
