According to law enforcement sources, the guy entered the house by climbing up a ladder and smashing a window with his hand. Authorities said they found him sleeping in the singer's bed. Arriving after a call about a burglary just past midnight on April 20, the police found 22-year-old Roger Alvarado, of Homestead, Florida, asleep in Taylor's bed, having already used her shower. As reported by TMZ, this latest incident was particularly alarming because the man actually managed to make it inside her Manhattan townhouse.
It's not surprising, as the townhouse is located right next to her monolithic penthouse which she purchased from Peter Jackson back in 2014.
Southwest Airlines engine explosion: U.S. orders fan blade inspections
The 56-year-old was in the cockpit of the Southwest Airlines jet when the engine blew up during the journey from NY to Dallas. As the recent engine failure on Southwest Airlines flight 1380 has shown, it's still possible for something to go wrong.
Late on Thursday night, an intruder broke into Taylor's NY apartment.
Alvarado was arrested at the same address on February 13 on charges of breaking the front door with a shovel. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, another man was arrested outside her Beverly Hills mansion just days ago.
The news comes weeks after Swift's accused stalker, Frank Andrew Hoover, was sentenced to 10 years of probation after being charged with repeated violations of a protective order, categorized as a third-degree felony. One man was arrested near the Beverly Hills house wearing a mask and with a knife in his auto, according to LAPD. It's creepy and bad and you'll get arrested.
