P&G to buy German Merck's consumer health business for $3.4 billion
The deal does not yet include Merck's French consumer health business, for which P&G has made a binding offer, Merck said. For the full year 2017, net sales of the Consumer Health business amounted to Euro 911 million (USD$1.1 billion).
"Sharp Objects" is based on the bestselling novel by Gillian Flynn, the author of "Gone Girl". Now, installed in her old bedroom in her family's Victorian mansion, Camille finds herself identifying with the young victims-a bit too strongly. It's a horror-filled homecoming, one Camille may not survive. The series is helmed by Big Little Lies alum, Jean-Marc Vallée who will direct every episode, while Flynn is writing alongside Marti Noxon. Adams is a great actress, and I'm very curious to see her take on a much darker role. The question is: will audiences take to Objects as well as they did to Lies?
This is the third Gillian Flynn book to be adapted to the screen.
