The United States is turning into a "rogue state" by repeatedly violating worldwide law, and Iran will not negotiate with such a state, Zarif said in response to the U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo's recent call for renegotiations on Iran's 2015 global nuclear agreement.
"Obviously, the continuation of such policies can endanger the stability of the global community, turning the US into a rogue state and an worldwide outlaw", he added.
