A former White House staffer who has written a bombshell memoir of her time serving under President Donald Trump released a secret tape Sunday of the chief of staff firing her. In the book, Newman describes hearing about the tape but not hearing it herself.
"Had I not recorded this, everyone would say she has a credibility issue", she said.
The Washington Post reported that that after being fired, Omarosa declined a $15,000-a-month job offer from Trump's campaign, which included a nondisclosure agreement stating that she could not make disparaging comments about the campaign, Trump, Vice President Pence, their families, any Trump or Pence family company or asset.
She added: "This is his pattern with African-Americans".
But Trump said, "No". I've got all the time you need. How he is not engaged in some of the most important decisions that impacts our country. "I was complicit - and for that I regret". He could not go into specifics about why she was sacked or how she was able to get a recording device in the room.
Trump has already branded "Omarosa" - as she is commonly known - a "lowlife" after she released a recording of her firing, seemingly recorded in the White House Situation Room. "People in the White House hated her", Trump wrote on his Twitter account.
"Secretly recording conversations in the Situation Room isn't just wildly inappropriate, it's a threat to our national security".
"Apparently telling the truth wasn't paying her bills, so she chose to switch her story to try and make a quick buck and that I just can't abide by", Mr. Gidley said. They don't walk in and say to the president, "So and so leaked something", or "So and so is fighting with this one in the White House". "You have to have your own back or else you'll look back and you'll have 17 knives in your back".
Liverpool boss Klopp: Big spending always going to happen
A recent survey revealed Liverpool were the Premier League's unluckiest club last season, with decisions costing them 12 points. We got the Champions League and that was a success, but we can only improve two more places without being champions.
It was not clear exactly what he was referring to.
"Rob Porter is accused of allegedly abusing his wives", she said.
NBC News said it does not know what was heard before or after the exchange between the two. "And he's accusing me of integrity violations?"
Trump came to office vowing to hire "only the best people" - but has struggled to put a lid on leaks, backbiting and scandal inside his White House. Trump asks. "I just saw on the news that you're thinking about leaving".
Manigault-Newman defended her integrity in Monday morning's interview, when Guthrie directly questioned why Manigault-Newman worked for Trump if she knew him to be a liar.
The final clip NBC aired showed Manigault Newman asking if Trump was "aware of what's going on" and Kelly interjecting and saying, "This is a non-negotiable discussion". The White House has not denied it, but The Associated Press has not independently verified it's Trump.
Responding to Mr Trump's tweets on NBC, Ms Manigault Newman said: "I think it's sad that with all the things that's going on in the country that he would take time out to insult me and to insult my intelligence".
Omarosa has accused Spicer of taking kickback-money (she accused him again on live TV during her media rounds today), and there are further allegations that Trump's bodyguard Keith Schiller and others are also taking kickback money. I would rarely see her but heard.really bad things.
